What we text

We text our own customers, only after they agree, about their service: appointment confirmations and reminders (including crew arrival updates), estimate texts with links to review and sign estimates and change orders, and replies to their questions. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Website quote form

Every quote form on atx.construction has an optional checkbox, unchecked by default. Customers who check it agree to texts. Consent is not required to get a quote; leaving the box unchecked does not affect it. The box reads:

I agree to receive appointment reminders and estimate texts from ATX Construction. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The form as customers see it:

When the box is checked, the exact wording and the time of consent are saved with the customer's request.

2. Phone call or booking

When a customer calls our office at (737) 300-6775 or books a visit, our office staff reads this before texting them:

"Can we send appointment reminders and estimate texts to this number? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. It's not required."

Only customers who say yes are marked as consenting on their customer record, and only they receive texts.

Confirmation, opt-out and help

The first text confirms the opt-in:

"ATX Construction: You're signed up for texts about your appointments, estimates and project updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time to stop all texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP, call (737) 300-6775, or email info@atx.construction for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
