on Every Visit
Most expensive repairs start as something small that nobody looked at. Once a quarter, we look. The same six checks, every visit, at every property.
On the winter visit we also cover your outdoor hose bibs.

HVAC filters replaced
A clogged filter makes the system work harder and wear out sooner. We swap them every visit.

Plumbing leak check
Under sinks, around toilets, along supply lines. A slow leak is a small fix when it is caught early.

Water heater inspection
We look for corrosion, drips, and the signs a tank is getting close to the end.

Foundation crack check
Austin clay soil moves with the weather. We look for new cracks each visit, so a change gets noticed.

Gutter checkup
Clogs and loose sections, found before the next heavy rain finds them.

Dryer vent cleaning
Lint buildup is a fire risk and makes every load take longer. We clear it out.

How much does the membership cost?
$39.99 a month per property.
What is included in each maintenance visit?
We replace the HVAC filters, check the plumbing for leaks, inspect the water heater, check the foundation for new cracks, check the gutters, and clean the dryer vent. Before winter we also cover the outdoor hose bibs.
How often do you come out?
Four times a year, about once every three months.
What is a service call fee, and why does it matter?
It is the fee to have a technician come out and look at a repair. Members do not pay it, so having us check a problem between visits costs nothing extra.
Does the 10% discount apply to remodels?
Yes. Members get 10% off all projects, from small repairs to full kitchen and bathroom remodels.
I own rental properties. Can I use the membership for those?
